AHK 36e X

The AHK 36e X features a fully hydraulic boom, conveniently extendable via colour radio remote control, providing greater flexibility in day-to-day site operations. The available reach can always be utilised to optimum effect. The available reach can always be utilised to optimum effect. This allows the trailer crane to make full use of its entire extension length of up to 34 m (opt. 36 m) in any situation. The hydraulic jib ensures easy, automatic crane set-up, especially in tight set-up situations on the ground. The hydraulic boom technology also allows telescoping under load, e.g. for transportation directly into a building.

For repair and maintenance work, the new AHK 36e X can be converted into an work platform in no time, thanks to the EasyLock system. The fully hydraulic extension of the boom also provides a significant increase in flexibility and performance when operating with the platform. In platform mode, the AHK 36e X achieves a unique working height of 32 m - a unique record in the trailer crane sector. This unmatched height ensures safe and comfortable working from the platform, even at great heights.

A highlight of the AHK 36e X is its redesigned chassis, which eases transport and manoeuvering on site. In transport position, the outriggers are pivoted forward on the chassis, improving the slope angle at the rear by 25 %. This design adjustment increases the ground clearance during position - a clear advantage, especially when driving on slopes and uneven terrain. As a result, the trailer crane can be moved safely on steeper gradients and handles challenging access routes with ease.

When additional performance reserves are required, an optional extra ballasting system can be used to further extend the working range of the trailer crane. This is ideal for applications with longer standing times on demanding construction sites, allowing the crane to fully utilise its performance potential. With an attached load  of 250 kg, the crane achieves an additional reach of around 2 m in all directions. The ergonomic suspension of the counterweight plates allows them to be mounted by a single person after crane setup, without the need for additional tools.

The AHK 36e X impresses with its pioneering drive concept and an electrically powered winch. It efficiently lifts loads of up to 1.5 t at high working speeds and with impressive rope speeds. At the same time, the electric crane consumes very little energy and recovers it when lowering the load via the winch. The energy generated by the winch motor is fed directly back into the battery.

Thanks to its pioneering drive concept with electric winch, energy recovery and a powerful battery 12.2 kWh battery, the electric crane can operate for an entire day without recharging. Its extremely low energy consumption allows up to 140 typical lifting operations, or more than 10 hours in normal use, without a power connection. After work, the battery can be recharged via a standard 230 V household socket.

 

The battery-powered crane combines uncompromising performance with sustainable drive technology, setting new standards for demanding construction sites. With its hydraulically extendable jib, electric winch, revised chassis and optional additional ballasting, the AHK 36e X trailer crane consistently makes full use of its performance potential.
